HORTI LAMARMORA – Inaugura il giardino storico
Ha da poco aperto al pubblico il giardino storico di Horti, il segreto di Porta Romana, progetto residenziale firmato da Michele De Lucchi (AMDL Circle) e DFA Partners per la parte di interni, realizzato a Milano da BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development Italy.
Un tempo adibito alla coltivazione di piante officinali, questa oasi segreta torna a risplendere dopo trent’anni, offrendo ai milanesi la possibilità di vivere l’esperienza monastica dell’hortus conclusus in città.
Questo “giardino segreto”, ormai svelato e visitabile, è il fiore all’occhiello di un importante progetto di riqualificazione urbana che comprende un’area di circa 14.600 mq, delimitata da via Alfonso Lamarmora e via Orti, sulla quale insistono anche fabbricati risalenti al 1700.
Il progetto di interni è stato affidato a DFA Partners che ha dato vita ad una differenziazione degli spazi nel rispetto delle diverse tipologie architettoniche e del genius loci: appartamenti contemporanei con finiture moderne nel complesso Lamarmora, villette urbane rivisitate in chiave moderna ma con lo spirito delle case del borgo sul fronte di via Orti, finiture di pregio e materiali preziosi, infine, nelle residenze di lusso che troveranno posto all’interno delle ville.
The historic garden of Horti, the secret of Porta Romana, a residential project designed by Michele De Lucchi (AMDL Circle) and DFA Partners for the interiors, created in Milan by BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development Italy, has recently opened to the public.
Once used for the cultivation of medicinal plants, this secret oasis shines again after thirty years, offering the Milanese the opportunity to experience the monastic experience of the hortus conclusus in the city.
This "secret garden", now unveiled and open to the public, is the flagship of an important urban redevelopment project which includes an area of approximately 14,600 sqm, bounded by via Alfonso Lamarmora and via Orti, on which there are also buildings dating back to the 1700.
The interior design was entrusted to DFA Partners who gave life to a differentiation of spaces in compliance with the different architectural typologies and the genius loci: contemporary apartments with modern finishes in the Lamarmora complex, urban villas revisited in a modern key but with the spirit of houses of the village on the front of via Orti, fine finishes and precious materials, finally, in the luxury residences that will find a place inside the villas.
